    Both of my parents were residents at Highland Oaks. The staff there is phenomenal! They are highly skilled professionally, but more importantly, all of the staff truly cares for the residents like family from the directors to the maintenance workers. Everyone there is awesome. There is not a better place for your loved ones when they need long term skilled nursing and assisted living care. If I could rate with 10 stars I would.

    I first came to work at Highland Oaks as a cna in Aug 2015. I thoroughly enjoyed working there and staff made me feel like part of their family. My husband got a new job working an hour and a half away and I left Highland to pursue his career a year later. Nine months later, due to family obligations, I came back to work at Highland and was accepted back like I had never left. Never in my life worked for a place that cares AND shows it like Highland Oaks does for their employees. From the hugs from our amazing ADON on a daily basis to the hugs and well wishes from the cleaning staff, we ALL appreciate the opportunity to work with such amazing people, both residents and staff alike.

    I have been in the healthcare field since 2005. I have worked and visited many different healthcare facilities around this area. I must say I am very impressed with the care given at Highland Oaks. The management and staff are very friendly, giving, strong, and caring people. They provide the best care to their residents that I have never witnessed anywhere else. The residents (and staff) are very lucky to live (or work) at this facility. Hands down the best around!

    The management team DON/ADON/Administrator gives all the power to a insecure LPN TIFF that because she been there 15 years she abuses her power and if you're not on her team she lies to get good people fired!! She is cold hearted and evilness TIFF is the only person that you have to impress, if you can deal with her and show fake love she is your best friend! TIFF way or the highway. If she don't like you she has management believe whatever she says.It's clicks and fakes. It's not even Christian based, just the name. Prejudice against blacks!! Family members your loved ones are being mistreated and abused. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!
