    Only thing bad here are the patients that think this is a Hotel. I am a patient, and have been very well take care of. Everyone is attentive and I have yet to run across an unpleasant staff member. It is a very clean facility and issues are handled promptly. I was worried about having to come here, but am happy I did.

    My brother needed a place that would remind him to take his meds all 12 and that would encourage him to bathe, also offer meals on a schedule. He has stayed with my husband and I for 1 and 1/2 years and everywhere we tried to find a home for him were long waiting list. The staff is great here and I am grateful that he is socializing with others. My life is full and I'm in and out of my house all day long, but my brother just stayed in his room watching tv day in and day out. Today is his 1st day and so far so good. If i need to revise this review I will, I live close by so I can visit often and I can pick him up and take him to the movies or shopping or any of the places near by he would like to go. I gave it 4 stars because this is only the 1st day like I mentioned before. The place was clean, his room was clean the staff was friendly and his needs are met. Happy Sister

    Do not bathe the patients regularly, poor quality of care. They move patients from their room to the dining room where they sit all day. They do not have patients wash their hands, feces under the nails of my loved one WHILE THEY WERE EATING. No thanks. Go somewhere else.

    You have to be kidding me........ People will not stand a chance. People smoking at the door not even 10 ft from it. The place is extremely dirty out dated. People rolling around on wheel chairs. One elevator working. The other one works but so small only to hold one Peron or two. A long line of residents waiting their turn to use the elevator. Dry food on their dinning room. Some employees look like they just walked out of a bar and some look half dead themselves. Yeah what joke. I hope the owners of this place really take priority and do something and not be slum lords. Oh by the way NO SAFETY EQUIPMENT AROUND. NOTHING AT ALL. As I walked out even a fire extinguisher missing. That place doesn't even hold a candle to a dog pound. Don't believe me......Go take a visit. Not even the star I put up as a rating. No stars at all!!!!! Beware its not a place to send a loved one. I'm sure those positive rates are the owners or someone they paid to do it.
