    Best nursing home and rehab center in the Madison County area. I searched homes for my mother in Maryville, Caseyville, Columbia, and Granite City. Without a doubt this was the most attentive staff and cleanest place i visited. Roberta was amazing to talk with yesterday when I went. If I wouldn't have chosen to bring my mom to Missouri with me I would have put her here. My third choice was Integrity in Columbia which was equally as clean but didn't have TVs for everyone.

    Place is a joke. If I could give it negative, I would. They don't care about your family member, especially if they have dementia. It's all an act. My grandpa is been worse since the day he WALKED in, he can hardly walk now. They let him drag his wheelchair by his foley bag. Taking him to doctor appointments without talking to my grandma first (who's POA), giving him meds he doesn't need (THAT WE SPECIFICALLY SAID NOT TOO), FORCED a shot on him without telling my grandpa, let his legs swell, gave him foods that were specifically in the notes he shouldn't have, he stunk, took his blood pressure ... it was low, so instead of taking it again (which is common sense to make sure), she was just going to chart it, but took it again with a different machine after we said something and it was fine. They lied saying they don't chart his blood pressure... well they did right in front of us. He's all bruised. Place is terrible. Dementia is a hard thing for the patient and family alone... they make it harder. My grandmother in law was literally dieing few years ago, we all went to say goodbye & to be with her during her last hours... they tried to kick us out that night when we weren't even loud.
