    The home is looking so much better workers there really care about their people. You have some one in administration like Debbie who truly cares about family values and wants to solve family issues for the patient. Much better.

    My father is a resident there and I can tell you that this place has the most caring, most dedicated staff of anyplace you can imagine. The people that care from my dad have become dear friends of the rest of my family. Five stars all the way.

    I'm writing this review for my mother and anyone thinking of sending a loved one to this hell hole. Starting with the soup burning incident. My mother complained of a cold bowl of soup, so the nurse heated it up to beyond scalding and proceeded to purposely spill and caused 2nd degree burns all over my mother's stomach and arms. The food is either hot dogs or more hot dogs. Literally 4 nights a week it's hot dogs. Then there's the hospital acquired pneumonia. My mother is currently in ICU from the pneumonia this place constantly has, poor disinfectant use. The residents cry in their rooms from the lack of care and compassion. If you love your parents or special needs relatives stay as far away from highland health care as you can. After multiple conversations with the director it's no wonder how much of a failure this place is. Bad management and bad nurses means go elsewhere.

    I was never so disappointed in my life. Facility is ancient, care is verry verry bad. No one does there job. Sanitary conditions are substandard. Would not have anyone you love or even like go to this facility.
