    DO NOT APPLY TO WORK HERE THEY ARE VEEEEEERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I WENT IN FOR AN INTERVIEW AND THEY GAVE ME THE NICKNAME OF WHO I WAS SUPPOSED TO SEE NOT FIRST AND LAST...A NICKNAME! STILL INTERVIEWED WITH A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PERSON! THEN THE WOMAN NAMED TAKALA DID MY INTERVIEW NEVER INTRODUCED HERSELF AT ALL I HAD TO GO BACK TO MY EMAILS TO SEE WHAT HER NAME WAS ! AND I ONLY WAS SEEN LITERALLY 3 MINUTES! LITERALLY ! EVEN THE CNAS WERE SHOCKED! THEN THEY HIRE ME ON THE SPOT TELL ME TO COME IN THE NEXT DAY TO TRAIN BUT NEVER SENT MY ONBOARDING INFO LINK SO I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY TO START SO I FINALLY GOT IT AND FILLED IT OUT RIGHT AWAY THROUGH MY EMAIL .THEN THEY ASKED ME TO DO A DOUBLE FOR ORIENTATION TO "KNOCK THE DAYS OUT" WHICH I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH (BUT IT WAS OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE THEY WERE SO SHORT) SO THEN I ASK HOW MUCH ILL BE GETTING PAID, WHAT THE PAY DAYS WERE AND WHAT THE UNIFORM ATTIRE WAS BECAUSE NONE OF THIS WAS DISCUSSED IN MY SUPPOSED TO BE INTERVIEW THEN I WAS TOLD IM NOT CONSIDERED FOR THE JOB ANYMORE FOR NO REASON AND I WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT EVERYTHING IN OUR EMAILS SO I DONT UNDERSTAND! MIND YOU I TURNED DOWN SEVERAL JOBS CONSIDERING I WAS "HIRED ON THE SPOT" AND THEN PUT MY 2 WEEK NOTICE IN AT MY JOB BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS FINALLY GETTING A FIRST SHIFT JOB WHICH WAS GOING TO MAKE MY LIFE SO MUCH EASIER FOR DAYCARE AND EVERYTHING SO NOW IM IN A TOTAL MESSED UP SITUATION JOBLESS BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE LIED TO ME AND PLAYED WITH MY LIFE ! I DONT APPRECIATE THAT !I HAVE BILLS AND A 2 YEAR OLD SON I TAKE CARE OF ALONE ! I REACHED OUT AND LEFT THE ADMINISTRATOR 2 MESSAGES AND NEVER GOT A CALL AND EVERY TIME I CALLED THEY SENT ME TO A VOICEMAIL THAT WASNT HERS!!!! I CANT BELIVE THIS PLACE !! I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER ABOUT THIS BECAUSE THIS WAS SO WRONG! YOU DONT JUST DO THAT TO PEOPLE AND SCREW THEM OVER LIKE THAT!

    This company does not care about their employees, they work them like dogs and scold them if they have obligations outside of work. They also severely under pay their staff while corporate treats, said staff, like animals. This is not a company anyone should ever work for, nor it is a nursing home you should bring your family too. While the facility is as clean as it gets, residents are often neglected and they do not have the staff to handle everyone in the building. Furthermore, the building accepts a lot of residents who should be in locked units or psych wards and they, too, are treated like dogs. Don't let the friendly smiles fool you, if you care about your loved one you will not take them to Aperion care.

    My mother was admitted to Aperion Care for rehab when she broke her hip. She was convinced she would never be able to walk again. Thanks to the wonderful staff that patiently worked with her, my mother is able to walk now without the aid of a walker or cane. Thank you.
