    I would give 0 stars if that were an option. My family member was in this horrible place and said the food was always cold. Then my family member became I'll. The flu was running rampant in this place. My family member was laying in his/her diarrhea for hours was not breathing well. My family member is elderly and was in for rehab from back surgery and is not able to do much for himself. When I told the nurse to call 911 she did not want to do it. I told her to call 911 or I will. My family member was rushed to the hospital with acute renal kidney failure, flu and pneumonia. Don't send a love one to this place.

    I have a family member who is in Rosewood Care Center of St. Louis. My family member is getting very disgusted with Rosewood and is very unhappy being there. My family member shouldn't have to constantly tell them what they are supposed to be doing or how they are to do things according to the doctor's orders. There is low water pressure in one shower and the stool is stopped up in the other!!!!! Again!!! When my family member informed administration about this same issue last week, administration said they were going to hire a plumber. Evidently they did not as the same stool is not working again this week. Twice this week they did not give my family member the shot for blood clots - they are supposed to do this each day . I hate to say this and implicate all the staff but I believe they are either poorly trained, lazy, or the place is very poorly administered! They are not equipped to take care of my family member's needs.
