Don't bring anyone here that you care about! I recently have been looking for a job and I saw the hiring signs outside so I decided to go in and check it out. I came in on 3 separate occasions and completed an application only to show up every time for them to tell me they lost the application. Not only that but the way the place looks in the front shows why they are always hiring. Long story short don't deal with this place! It is very unorganized and terribly run. I feel sorry for the elderly that have to live there because if it's not hell on Earth it's honestly pretty close!

Friendly reception is probably the best I can say. Some nurses feel as if they are too good to answer your questions or requests. Relax please. Personally I needed assistance with paperwork that needed to be filled out and I was given a hard time as if I was being interrogated. Like it is your job to help me the best you can and create a friendly environment but no you have to be complicated and downright unprofessional, the attitude of some people .. but now I know why people react a certain way when I mention I'm from the area. It's just Joliet things.

Compare The Number of Problems
Types of Problems at Nursing Homes
Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.
Residents Affected | |||
Severity of the Deficiency | Few | Some | Many |
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety | J | K | L |
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy | G | H | I |
