    Where do I start? I can't believe places like this can still be in business. The building looks like a cheap motel and smells like one too! Staff is demoralized and just come in for a pay check. So many patients lined up at the nurses desk. Do people do therapy here? I can't believe St. Joe's recommends this place to people...

    If I could I'd give them a negivitive 15. Very unprofessional when it comes to hiring people. Very in organized and simply don't know what they are doing. Don't waist your time at this place.

    IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD! My uncle was here 4 months ago and it was bad. My wife and I came in to look around for him while he was at the hospital and we were shown a nice room on the first floor. Everything looked good, but all was not well. When he admitted he was taken upstairs into a room with a man who peeing and pooping all over himself and others. I was shocked that one CNA said "that just happens sometimes, he can't control his urges". If I would have been able to give my uncle money for 24 hour help he would have been out of there that same day! Oh! And don't be tricked by the front of the building, it's a fake.

    They lost two jackets,two hats,pants ,shirts and even his CELL PHONE!!No one can ever tell me what is wrong with my dad . I don't get people, if you don't like to work with people why are you there!? I feel like he is so neglected he even always had ants in his room his bed right next to the window! He was always freezing! The male nurse could never even look at me and talk to me when I would try to tell him something,like his catheter line clogged up for days!
