    They took wonderful care of my mother. They were always helpful and called us at the least change in her health. We had at least one family member at the facility daily, so we saw how they cared for all. We selected the facility because its govt. rating was 5 out of 5.

    Everything is fine and they will work with you and copy all of your paper work and THEN STORE IT IN THE BASEMENT (supposedly)- then they send a bill saying no we are sorry we didn't know we were waiting for Medicaid- THEY TOOK COPIES OF IT!! Now the bill is in PRIVATE PAY instead of waiting for Medicaid (WHICH WE WERE TOLD WOULD TAKE 90 days) because their accounting person- WHO IS NEVER THERE WHEN WE CALL- is too lazy to go to the basement where my father's "physical folder is...Bunch of CROCK.... PLUS HOW RUDE THE ACCOUNTING DEPT IS.... after we have lost a loved one. Says it takes 6 months for Medicaid to approve. Then she calls back in an hour "oh, they turned him down" HOW CONVENIENT. HOW LAZY- still did not go into the basement to get the records of all the paperwork that was signed. The nurses said they would bring a meal to my father in 10 minutes... 30 minutes later I go to see if I can help them, and THEY ARE ON BREAK...I am glad I moved away before I get put there....
