As an out of state Doc from Minnesota. I'm impressed with the doctors, staff, facility and care my father has received there. They've treated my dad beautifully and got him back on his feet again. The physical and occupational therapists at Westmoreland are exceptional. Your optimism and professionalism is inspirational. Many thanks!!!

Most of the staff was wonderful till i got to radiology. I needed xrays on both my feet & ankles and the xray tech told me to lay on table, i told him i had had back surgery, a 3 level spinal fusion ...he did nothing to help accomodate or ease pain of lying on this hard table. He was twisting & turning my legs which was making it very painful on my back and when i told him to take it easy i have 8 screws in my back he gave me this nasty look. Now I'm not pregidus by no means, but maybe teach your middle eastern men to be a bit more compassionate with women. Just a thought ! If I ever have to go back here to radiology I'll definitely make sure he does not do my xrays. I literally felt my hardware as I was lying on this table. And he didn't even help me up upon completion ! Very disappointed

I went in to lf hospital yesterday because of really bad abdomen pain. This is actually the first time I've ever wrote a review but I wanted to thank the staff from the doc to the nurse to the guy who wheeled me in. Everyone was very friendly and caring. Plus I met a really cute volunteer girl of my nationality with whom I got to chat for a while. To the people who complain about long wait times, this is a hospital not an oil change... The nurses especially are overworked and often underpaid for what they do. Unless you're on your deathbed, be patient and wait your turn. There's other people who have far more serious conditions from complicated pregnancies to senior citizens to car accident victims. If you can manage to play Tetris on your cell phone you are not their top priority nor is your pain a 10. Most importantly be honest about everything - medicine, past conditions, lifestyle. The staff isn't there to judge you not play detective - they're there to treat and help you feel better and it makes their job 10x harder if you're dishonest.

All they want to do is make money. Yeah sure they get rid of the pain pretty quick but they don't make sure you stay out of pain and they don't give test results. Had tests don't several days ago and I've been trying to get those results for days now and they won't give them to me.

I am completely disgusted. I'm 29 weeks pregnant, and had to go in (my nurses from NWLF OB office told me to for the symptom I was having). Between fruit flies in my emergency room, being banged into the walls in the hospital bed, and many more issues I can say I am 100% dissatisfied with my visit. I was there for more than 5.5 hours and never made it out with any diagnosis. I am happy that my baby is fine ..... maybe? (Hard to tell with how clueless the nursing staff was.) I have never had this many problems. They treated me horrible, as if I were burdening them. I've had better visits and the freaking VA hospital!!!!!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
