    Bad experience. The nurse staff bungled up my aunt's medication. The head therapist was rude and incompetent. She didn't know anything about her and she kept playing on her phone and being flippant when asked about therapy. Food was not very good.

    Absolutely trash place, staff constantly violating HIPPA laws, residents aren't receiving proper care, some being left In their own waste for entire days, soap dispensers completely dry, I wouldn't put my enemy in that kind of care, few CNAs there actually do their jobs and fewer nurses as well. No surprised they haven't lost their license.

    STEVEN MILLER Marketing/soon to he HR at Lena living center in Lena Illinois. This man is LAZY, degrading to women and completely unethical and unprofessional. An incident happened while I was at work where I overheard a nurse (Kimberly Nugent-Winget) speaking VERY inappropriately to a resident about me. I confronted the nurse and she got instantly defensive, breath shaky and voice cracking because she knew what she did was wrong. HIPPA laws aren't only for the safety of residents they are also for employees and this specific nurse has broken them so many times. I went to the administrator of LLC to try to explain to him what was going on. With no regard to my feelings or the wrong doing to me Steve barged into the office standing over me shouting things as in "it's not in your pay grade or job description to decide what is unfair or instigation." Keep in mind I've worked at this facility longer than any of them has! The administrator Dewayne Tremain sat there while this 400+ pound man stood over me verbally assaulting me. I was in a chair the entire time. The nurse who was speaking illy about me to a RESIDENT was also allowed to come into the office and call me liars and say "everything that came out of my mouth was a lie!" I want you guys to be very cautious about giving this place ANY business. The things that I've seen the past year working for this facility are SICK and the residents are treated worse than the employees by management if that says anything. I would not recommend putting my worst enemy in this nursing home. There are very few staff members who actually care or do their job. I have tried to contact state on multiple different occasions about the malpractice that goes on there along with corporation to no avail. They do not like or respect anyone who stands up for themselves or what's right. I have taken care of these residents day in and day out for over a year while this over weight, lazy, sad man sat behind his desk. Probably the same desk he sat behind to call me and wrongfully terminate me today. I believe in good Karma and I believe the good things I did for those residents and the hard work I put in at that facility will come back to me in life, I sadly cannot say the same for others.
