    This is a rating for the rehab facility only. (Some idiots are rating the mall here!) My mom was here a few times over the course of a few years recently. Although no facility is perfect in this industry, I do feel this was as positive of an experience as it could have been. My mom's failing health and decline was the hardest time of my life with no siblings to share the hardship. I always had the impression that the workers here cared. They helped me with legal forms and advice. There was a positive vibe here. They had just put in new furniture, painted, etc. Was never smelly. Sunday ice cream socials and movies. I can't recall the name of one of the front desk/office workers, but she was so nice and helpful. She was blonde and I think Polish. Helped with forms. Anyways, I would highly recommend this place to others.

    My grandmother just moved into Lincolnwood Place over a month ago and we could have not found a lovelier community for her. The staff at from desk, Marilyn was so helpful getting directions and phone numbers to the nearest pharmacies and provided us with a list of doctors. Victor, the director of residents, was extremely accommodating and flexible during our first week and made sure grandma and us knew the community and introduced us to her ambassador Esther, a resident that has been there for 7 years. Walking through the dining room, the servers treated us as we were in a five star restaurant. Thank you to all at Lincolnwood Place who made this a smooth and comfortable transition for my grandmother and our family

    Just Beautiful! Loving, Caring and Experienced Associates. - Some have been there over 20 years. (that says a lot!) So glad my loved ones picked such an active and lively place! Happy to see them surrounded by People! Very Friendly People too! Looking forward to checking out Happy Hour with them soon.

    I am working here as one of the caregivers. The place is nice but when you go to their dining place, the residents are not treated right. The service was so bad. The people are unfriendly and unprofessional. No matter how busy we can get with our work, should we not forget our main goal in customer service. And the food was as bad as their attitude. I don't recommend this place.
