    This is a 5-star facility in just about every way: friendly and caring staff; meeting and exchanging info with other patients; food that can't be beat and therapy that has literally renewed me. Everyone working to one goal . . . to return us home having dealt with our specific problem. I came in six weeks ago, two days after a below the knee amputation and tomorrow I'll be walking out !

    Having recently retired at the ripe old age of 68, finding a rehab facility was very low on my to-do list, until the "iceman" got me in mid-February. With a fractured femur, I suddenly needed to find a short-term facility that could get me back in shape to go home, where I live alone. Enter East Bank: I knew several people who had loved ones there, and I had friends or colleagues who had received services there. With luck, I was able to get in. From the moment I arrived, where I was greeted by the administrator, the CEO, and other professional staff, I had extremely good vibes. I was not disappointed! From the dining room staff, to the CNA's, Nurses, and front office, this is a facility that offers you instant confidence in your care. Therapy (both physical and occupational) was outstanding, and I want to especially recognize Kealy and John who were so caring, helpful and professional. John even came one morning at 6:40 am to insure that I could handle my morning tasks correctly! Top to bottom, I was given the best of care by a staff of very special people who have continued to follow up with me after my discharge. Thank you, East Bank! Words cannot express my gratitude.

    I would recommend eastbank center to anyone. Staff Is wonderful therapy is this awesome. The rooms and the whole place is very clean. The food is amazing. And I also love that it's pet friendly. My little dogs got to come up here. And I thought that was very nice. I been here 3 times And each time I had a very good stay... i would recommend it to my friends and family. I also had very good nurses made sure my pain level was under control. I also loved playing games. Like bingo. Also watching movies. Sarah Littlejohn.
