    This place is a joke you dont get training at all and if you mess up once they dont give you a second chance they fired you.

    My dad was there and they were very rude to him and to our family. The place is actually kind of disgusting and from what I have seen from people working there they are all very disrespectful to each other my dad did not stay there needless to say

    My friend was a guest/patient at East Bank for quite sometime. He was hurt in an accident that left him in need of constant care. The staff at East Bank made him feel normal, not like,"the patient". After being there for several weeks he left with the feeling of relief and sadness, for he formed friendships with the staff. But after a few months he had to have more surgery to repair some damage and when the hospital asked where he was going for after care, East Bank flew out of his mouth before she was finished asking the question. The staff all hugged him and was happy to see him back although it was on those terms. I recommend East Bank 100%.

    My dad has been at east bank for 3 weeks.. they have not Helped him at all. He Had A stroke and can't swallow so he has to be fed from a tube through his stomach. We asked them for a Private room before we moved him from the hospital so he didn't have to watch someone else eat or drink since that is all my dad wants. He has not been able to eat or drink for two months now. East bank promised us that they would not have him in room with someone that can. They flat out lied to us just so we would put my dad there over any other place. I complained three times and they have him in a room again with someone who is eating and drinking in front of my dad again!
