    PROCEDURE TO TAKE ALL ASSETS and HOME UPON ENTERING LEGALLY STEAL YOUR LEGACY WITH HELP FROM YOUR POLITICIANS AS SOON AS YOU ENTER THEY START PROCEDURES TO TAKE YOUR LIFETIME OF INVESTING AND AUCTION IT OFF ,DO NOT ENTER THIS NURSING FACILITY UNLESS YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE AND DO NOT CARE IF THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU PROPERLY OR NOT THEY ALSO HAVE HOMES IN CARBONDALE AND HERRIN ILLINOIS THEY STEAL YOUR PROPERTY AND THEN LET YOU ROT ,I WOULD NOT SEND A ENEMY TO THIS PLACE CALL YOUR SENATOR

    Buddy of mine was there for 8 weeks. Staff took two months of his Social Security check, owed him 60$ afterwards and still couldn't get his 60$. The woman in charge of pay wouldn't give him a copy of the papers he signed, said the papers were private and confidential! The first time I took this gent in there and he asked about his check, the woman said to bring him back on the 3rd. I took him him on the 3rd and then she tells him he couldn't get his check because he needed to wait up to 30 days for it. Now why didn't the lady expalin that the first day we went there when he asked for his check? This woman who told him all this barely looked us in the eye. I believe it was dishonesty and the lack of courage to tell him the truth. I believe the place is crooked and I wouldn't suggest taking your loved one there. Don't be deceived by how nice it looks and how the staff greets you. The is man had 175$ stolen, his billfold stolen and his social security card, drivers license and lastly the man he roomed with had around 16$ in change for the vending machines which was also stolen. This is a Marine helping a friend by writing this review. Please be wary of Integrity nursing home. By all means am I not saying that everyone working there is deceiving. I sure as all hell wouldn't recommend Integrity to anyone, PERIOD. God Bless and Semper Fi.

    This job was absolutely horrible. The management was constantly changing. And many times that management would be really unprofessional. Pay was mediocre at best. Care for residents was horrible. I would never have any of my loved ones here. Worked my tail off and never received anything but criticism. Often received criticism for taking my lunch break. I would never recommend anyone working here

    Terrible. After admittance for rehab, they allowed my dad to go 7 days without the doctor checking on his medical care. By the time we got him to a hospital again, it was too late.
