    If you want your loved ones to have fast and good care, I wouldn't pick here. My grandma has waited 30+ minutes every time she's hit her help button. God forbid these be immediate issues, that she needs emergency help. I'd not trust this facility with the care of your loved ones. I've watched "help" come in her room. Not answer her, look around for stuff and then leave saying they needed to get someone else and never show up again. That's pathetic and they should be ashamed. These are people who are vulnerable and are paying you thousands of dollars a MONTH for your help to live and recover or even spend their end days, and this is what they deserve? Absolutely pathetic!
