    Doesn't deserve a star. Do not let loved ones come here. We were stuck here and had to fight to get out. Its disgusting and disgusting that this place exists as it does. Diapers at thrown on floor. People have to sit in their own... Two aids for whole building on the Saturday overnight shift. Understaffed. Unclean. Unattended. Food is gross. No one deserves this. It's similar to prisons I've worked in. And I feel bad because it's not the aids fault that every help light is on, it's systemic lack of care for anything but profit. I've heard other locations may be different, but this one is inadequate. It's heartbreaking. Please speak up for yourself and loved ones and wait to go anywhere else.

    I had to take my dad out of there only 24 hours after he was admitted. They are neglectful and careless. Dads sheets were soaked with urine and it became obvious they didn't check on him all day. We would ask questions about physical therapy during the day, or what did he do during the day. They had no clue. We think they didn't check on him all day. My sister and I hit call nurse button to see how long it would take them to answer. A half hour! We have never seen such a complete and utter lack of care. We took him out at 8:30 the next night. We were afraid for his safety to even wait until the next day. Our advice? If you put your loved one in here, you better pack yourself a bag as well and stay there with them. Don't leave them there. They are 100% unsupervised. It is very sad.

    My mother had to be placed suddenly at a facility and heard good reviews at Manor Care. So we moved her there from end of May till early December. The staff (nurses & CNA) that care for mom was great for the most part. I'm thankful for them. With mom's situation I had to take care of all her needs to admissions and care. The stress placed on my family dealing with the Administration staff was terrible. Lack of Communication, no calls returned or answers that were never received. Complains made and no calls returned to discuss. Quality of documentation was inaccurate and incomplete. Had issues because mom's physical therapy was discontinued too soon and had to appeal all the way up to the ALJ Judge. Would not recommend them for any length of time for rehab. We have moved mom and she is again receiving the services that were denied at Manor Care.

    My father was at ManorCare for ten months and we are so grateful for the wonderful care he received. The staff is absolutely the best!!! Everyone (from billing to the nurses to the shower guy to the room cleaners to the managers), have all been top notch. We moved my dad to a memory care facility and my dad and his two nurses were crying because they had formed such a connection. The staff truly cares for its patients and families. We were very impressed!

    I would give less stars if I could. Every time I go to visit my Dad the place is a complete disaster, it looks a fire hazard. He has to go use the restroom and by the time anyone responds to the call light I've already taken him and he's back in his wheelchair. Or he's told me that he has urinated on himself. The patients are in the hallway yelling, or yelling from their rooms cause no one is responding to the call lights. It is just absolutely ridiculous. There are a few nice CNAs here, but a lot of the nurses are rude.
