    I believe all 5 star reviews are paid for and don't reflect reality at Park Villa. My father was recommend to go to this facility for his recovery. I believe that his treatment at Park Villa, if not improved, might lead to worsening of his health. Bad care, borderlinig on mistreatment due to overworked and undertrained stuff isn't any kind of excuse when it comes to wellness of my Dad and your family members.

    The management do not care about their residents the nurses are lazy as hell they smile in your face and lie on you the next. You have to watch your hours cause HR will mess your check up.They run their new cna's away giving them heavy loads and no help. The cna's that do work there is burnt out so no quality care for the residents the building always short can't keep no steady staff. It's a nice building remodel inside and out but the people running it need reality checks. NOT ENOUGH HELP!!!

    My mom was there for 6 weeks. They stole her new clothes. The whole time there she was only bathed twice. The food is garbage. They left her in her own waste for hours! Never put your love one in this place

    My mom has been here for a week now and everyone from the doctors, nurses, CNA's, therapists and concierge team has exceeded my expectations. My mother loves them all and they are all extremely kind to her. I sleep at night, not worrying about her well being. I do recommend that you visit your loved ones regularly and fully participate as their advocate to make sure they are happy and their needs are being met. Also, tell the caregivers how much you appreciate them. It means a lot.

    My mother in law has been in this facility two separate ocassions. First time for one month about a year ago for rehab and it seemed to be ok. She has now been there three months and the people are nice but Every week the CNA are different people. The turn over has been very high. Management sounds like they care when you address concerns but the people on the front line have no clue what they are doing. We would have to keep repeating our selves about keeping pants on her, put her dentures in daily, keep room temperature in her room comfortable, keep her clean, etc. We are now bringning my mother in law home and hiring a care taker. Absolutely no TLC or comsitnancy from the staff at this facility. I don't recommend this facility. By the way on the weekends the always habe a skeleton crew and can't get much help when needed.
