    The staff are attentive and efficient. They are one of the best nursing homes. I have stayed for the rehabilitation program.Thanks to the Villa I enjoy living everyday!

    My mom has been here for a week now and everyone from the doctors, nurses, CNA's, therapists and concierge team has exceeded my expectations. My mother loves them all and they are all extremely kind to her. I sleep at night, not worrying about her well being. I do recommend that you visit your loved ones regularly and fully participate as their advocate to make sure they are happy and their needs are being met. Also, tell the caregivers how much you appreciate them. It means a lot.

    The experience that my Mother had was TERRIBLE. She was admitted to the Nursing Home and was their for 4 days when she was admitted back into the hospital. Upon her return to Park Villa, they lost her BRAND NEW WHEEL CHAIR in just 4 days. Gave her a BROKEN DOWN one with no custom or brakes. AFTER 1 week, her chair was found. No custom, It took them 1 month to replace her custom on the day she was to be Buried. Because they were not qualified to start an I.V. they transported her to the emergency room, where that night she passed away. Upon returning to Park Villa, I requested where her gold necklace and cross was. NO ONE NEW a thing. They stole her necklace, the only thing that ment anything to her. She couldn't even be buried with it. I was told to have it replaced. It's been 4 months, and many calls and TODAY, after submitting a bill and receipt for $311.00 I receive a check for $100.00 to replace a priceless item that had more meaning to the family than anything else. How do you put a price on that? What kind of Monsters STEAL things from the ELDERELY? The CARE my mother received was TERRIBLE! I wouldn't recommend anyone to place their loved ones into this facility. I just hope and pray that NOTHING EVER HAPPENS TO ANY ONES LOVED ONES AGAIN IN THIS PARK VILLA NURSING FACILITY.

    Park Villa is a great nursing home my mom has been here for almost six months and her health and spirits are really good. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this nursing home to everyone.

    We are very pleased to report that the overall services provided at Park Villa for our sister who is a long term care recipient have been exceptional. Attentive and professional medical and nursing staff. Supportive CNA assistance with her daily needs. Prompt communication with us on any changes required for her improved care is a service we have come to rely upon and really appreciate. The facility is kept very clean and all surroundings well maintained to provide a safe environment for all residents. The entire management staff practices an open door policy to address resident's concerns and issues and the same holds true for their family members. We have recommended Park Villa as a sound resource to our family and friends who's loved ones find themselves in this type of need. We are grateful to the management and staff who provide such great care. Judi B.
