    This place was a mix. The physical therapists really care, and are good folks. Most of the nurses and CNAs are also caring, though overworked. Unfortunately, the administrators don't return calls. My Dad passed away almost two months ago. His account is due a large refund--we'd just paid them for a month and a half of care. Since then, I've called, emailed, and gotten quite the runaround. First they said they send the check to an address my Dad hasn't had for over two years, and after I explicitly told them what address to send it to. Fine, mistakes happen. But it's been three weeks since that, and still no check. Time to get a lawyer I suppose. Buyer beware...

    so far my moms stay has been great, she is in new addition of rehab facility. Everyone's is super nice and attentive. room is like a hotel very nice. Have many amenities and family is welcomed, to ask as many questions as they want. they dont hide anything from you information wise. kids are welcome to visit as well.

    I believe all 5 star reviews are paid for and don't reflect reality at Park Villa. My father was recommend to go to this facility for his recovery. I believe that his treatment at Park Villa, if not improved, might lead to worsening of his health. Bad care, borderlinig on mistreatment due to overworked and undertrained stuff isn't any kind of excuse when it comes to wellness of my Dad and your family members.
