    The Manor used to be a great clean place to work and the admin cared used to care about the patients now all they care about is the all mighty dollar, they have taken fresh salads and fruit from the residents and they can't even have coffee, and to talk about the care the residents get is horrendous. The state needs to step in and do something about this place

    I'm just too disgusted to find the words.. put call button out of patients' reach so they can't use it. Call button at nurses station went off for over 30 minutes without being addressed. My mom is sitting here in a dirty wheelchair and dirty clothes and it's after 5pm. Room table pushed back where she can't reach it and she is dehydrated. Too much else to list. Understaffed is such an understatement. Horrible place. Sat in filthy clothes and wheelchair.

    Bounce back program is a joke!!!! Don't send anyone you love here! Wouldn't get him up to go to the bathroom. On no diet but was only given one egg and a piece of toast for breakfast. After him being there for 12 hours I had to go in a request medicine records and that when he finally started recovering his medicine that was to be given every 3 hours! Piss poor place all the way around!!!!

    This place is horrible my mother was stollen from mistreated and died because she got a severe infection because the lazy aides refused to change her the whole company from the administration on down is worthless all they care about is money for a care facility they dont care at all if you love your family dont ever put them in here.

    My dad moved in on Saturday night, and was in the hospital by Tuesday night with dehydration. They also didn't give him his medicine for 24 hours, and with a stroke victim, that's the only thing that keeps him thinking straight. Pass on this place!
