    When I came to Heartland I couldn't transfer or pivot. The therapy team worked with me to get stronger. They encouraged me to work on my transferring and pivoting to help me be independent. I got along with everyone. The nursing staff was always responsive.I enjoyed the activities, adult coloring, games, and socializing with other patients. It was a good stay and if I had to come back I would choose Heartland!

    I was at Heartland of Peoria about 5 months ago after having my right knee replaced. I liked everyone there and got great care! When I went to the hospital now to have my left knee done I told the hospital I wouldn't go anywhere else but Heartland of Peoria for my re-hab. The CNA's did a great job. Donna the CNA is the perfect person for what she does. She gets things done ! She made me feel like a person and treated me with care and attention. That went a long way! It takes a special kind of person to do that job! The Nursing department was great and took good care of me. The Therapy department made sure I understood things. Each person had their own things that they worked with me on. The Therapy was Amazing!! I tell all of my friends if they need therapy go to Heartland of Peoria! They took great care of me and I was happy with my stay both times!

    I chose Heartland of Peoria because my daughter's father-in-law had been here for rehab.I also had a friend who had been here before and both had received very good care. The nurses and staff were nice and considerate. The CNA's were very good about answering my call light. I got along with everyone.They listened to what I had to say and addressed any concerns that came up. The therapy team at Heartland was excellent! The team gave me confidence and made sure that I understood my therapy plan and worked with me. They gave me exercises that helped me to step up my therapy. The whole experience was great! I have already recommended Heartland of Peoria to a couple of neighbors in my apartment building. Without Heartland I wouldn't be where I am today!

    Had a great stay at Heartland! The staff was wonderful and the driver did a great job taking me to and from destinations. The karaoke was fun and expressive! There was lots of laughing while I visited with other people in activities.The therapy worked hard with me and got me back home! My room was nice and clean. I enjoyed my private room!

    The therapy, food and help were great at Heartland Peoria! The therapy team worked with me and encouraged me when I needed it. I also got a nice haircut from their on-site beauty salon. I would recommend Heartland Peoria for rehab. It is nice and clean and the people were so good to me!!
