    My Grandmother was here for about fifteen years. They took great care of her as she moved through the Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. My folks live there now in one of the duplexes outside the main building. They love it. Their place is very roomy and comfortable. I wish I had a garage that big!

    I have lived here 5 1/2 years. I am very pleased with how I am taken care of here! My mother lived her last 12 years of her life here and was very well taken care of. So when I had a need to move for health concerns , I choose to move here.

    Hillside Village is an exceptional place to work and live! I've been involved with the organisation for nearly 20 years. They provide outstanding service, serving Older Adults from Independent Living, to Assisted to Skilled Care, and truly serve as Christ would. 5 Stars for Lutheran Hillside Village!

    They have a very strange employee interviewing process. A woman made us wait in a large room for at least one hour with about thirty other possible employees. Through the morning, she called each person into a room for the first round of interviews. After an hour, a woman called my name, she took me into a room with a bunch of managers. I had to pick an item (hand lotion) from a basket and answer a question that was taped to the item. Only one question. From that one answer, they decide if that person goes onto the 'next round'. Reminded me more America's Got Talent than a business. Some really great people that I talked to were turned away. Not sure if this is an adequate interviewing process. Very odd. I'm sure the village is a great place to live and it looked amazing, but I question their hiring practices which is why I voted just good.

    I used to work there but then i quit after 2 years. The management sucks, changes the schedule everyday, the manager over the Alzheimer unit and assisted living is a liar. So many things is wrong with this place and they continue to run off their good employees. The people that are staying there to work is just hoping that the manager over those two places don't last long like the ones before him. He had deleted my times on the time clock! so I am still waiting for my last check, but I am not the only one they are doing this to. I am in the process of suing them, that should show how horrible this place is. Love the Residents great people but feel sorry for them living there with that kind of management
