    I have had my Mother at Alpine Fireside 3 diferent times for rehab and couldnt be happier with this place. They have an amazing staff and the best therapy dept in Illinois. They always go above and beyond for my Mom and my entire family. There is no other facility that I would trust more. If you want the best, Go to Alpine Fireside ?

    Better care cannot be found in/near Rockford. Our experience was extremely positive despite the fact that we still lost my mother-in-law. She was there for a month, with the last 2 weeks in hospice care. The entire staff worked non-stop and faithfully as a team; from cleaning staff, cafeteria staff, all levels of nursing staff, and the administrative staff. Not only did they take care of her needs and every single aspect of her comfort, they took care of us, the family. Alpine Fireside went above and beyond to cater to our requests and needs. They knew us by first name and frequently stopped in to check on us. Care takers in every respect, the staff at Alpine Fireside is exceptional.

    The most horrible experience my poor mother had, until she died. Terrible staff that lie to family members about their loved ones. I found my mother almost dead with pnemona and fever 103.9, at age 91. NO ONE had even checked on her until I came. I called 911 and my mother never bounced back and died. This horrible place is not fit for anyone. It is owned by a family for decades and they are friends with the inspectors, which is why they have managed to be clear of any violations. It's the worst place you could ever put anyone. HORRIBLE!!!
