    This facility has improved a lot, the customer service from the staff is very good and it has improved. The staff seems happy and they are always willing to assist. My family member was in there for 3 months and we were able to successfully discharge her back home.

    This is the worst place possible i wouldn't even put my dog at this place it was very dirty and also they abuse the pt and say that it was the way they were laying. Didn't clean my friends trac out the whole time she was there and had to be rushed to the hospital because she was having trouble breathing. We have contacted a lawyer and will also be turning them in the the abuse hot line. Please if you love your family DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY HERE.

    Bria of Chicago Heights is an outstanding facility-the staff go above and beyond everyday. It has remodeled the exterior and built a brand new parking lot for staff and visitors. I highly recommend this facility

    Went there for a visit today. The first thing that alerted me was the strong odor of urine as soon as you walk in the door. The was a complaint about one of the rooms being overrun with flies and gnats. The buck was passed as far as whose responsibility it was to handle it. Needless to say it was not handled two hours later when we left. The photos are fake. The rooms are nowhere near that nice and there's no store on the premises that we could see. If you have loved ones at this facility, if you're unable to move them, make sure you visit on a REGULAR basis. It's sickening!

    This place is horrible my sister didn't want to stay due to living conditions. When u walk in it smells like urine and they steal and abuse the elderly. They let her go home w/o oxygen she needed it 24hrs a day. My sister passed in route, please protect your love ones this place is neglect and gives poor service.
