    I love my job here. It's so nice to work for a community that puts Christ first. We start each morning with devotion and prayer. Best part of my day except for talking and seeing my residents. Our Administrator goes above and beyond for the staff and especially our residents. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Our team is awesome!!!!.

    I came out of retirement to come here as Director of Maintenance. This was a great choice! The entire management staff has been supportive and very helpful during my learning curve to a Christian based environment. I have previously been with both a large Catholic healthcare group and the largest hospitality company in the world. This by far has been my most challenging and rewarding! Awesome Administrator!

    I actually do not work "for" Washington Christian Village but as a contract therapist. I have worked at WCV for over 10 years and it is like my second family. The current management/administration team is the best of the best. Brandy is a great leader who treats everyone with respect and honesty. I do not feel as I am seperate from them, but as I am one of them......and they have never treated me any other way. The staff truly cares about the residents and each other. I am proud to work with each and everyone of the management team members and would not want to work anywhere else. We start off every morning with prayer. We pray for our residents, the staff and even the family members! We have the best activity department around! They plan and do so many different and fun things with the residents. They get everyone involved......I love it!!!
