    The administrator Cheryl has been lying and running a scandal. She will deny anybody on medicaid access to the facility and tell you you're on a list. However they never have our names on a list every time I've called or stopped in. Debby the director has only been there since August and verified I'm not on a list yet I've been going there over 2 years now checking.

    Unfortunately, I have nothing nice to say about my grandmother's experience there. The road and parking lot are hazardous. They falsely diagnosed shingles and put my grandmother in a private room. She showed no signs of having received physical therapy. And despite the fact that she needed to eat more to gain strength, her dinner was often a small cup of yogurt. She was a fall risk, and it wasn't until the last two days there that they put down protective mats. She ended up going back to the hospital, and now that she can go back to rehab, she will not be going back here.

    The staff here is great! Knowledgable and super helpful. My mother has been using the therapy center and it has worked wonders for her. They educate her on each exercise they do and why they do it, they have great equipment, and a clean facility!

    My mother in law was very well taken care of by the staff. The Physical Therapy team worked well with her. The nursing staff is knowledgeable & caring. The facility is very clean.
