While there are some very caring employees that do try to assist as much as they can. On a whole they are understaffed. I visit my grandmother 5 days a week here and 9 times out of 10 her oxygen is empty and ahe does not receive the care I believe she requires.

Dad spent 10 days there between Independent living and Assisted living and I was amazed at the friendliness, competence and communication.

Everyone who worked with me was very professional. Great staff, friendly, and helpful. My nurses were always attentive. I had a couple of FAVORITE Aides and nurses who really cheered me up, But, they all worked together to make my stay enjoyable, even with broken ribs! Therapists were great!(they got me motivated to excersise ,(even on days I didnt really want to move!) ????? I will always be thankful for all the ANGELS,(including the ladies who ran activities, which I really enjoyed! And also the ladies who kept my room nice and clean!), who took care of me. Thank you all sooooo much! Karen Maiorano????????????

Was placed in wynscape for sub acute care after back surgery. My experience was extremely positive. Great staff and rehabilitation. Attentive and professional. They helped me make the best of a painful rehabilitation. I have nothing but good to say about wynscape

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
