    my dad was here and its a good place. he liked it. they treated him well. most of the staff are very nice.

    Continous staffing issues. If they do have staff they are rude, ignorant, and clueless to thier patients needs. They do not always have the medical supplies needed for thier patients, not only supplies but prescribed medicine as well. Nursing supervisors are clueless to what is going on with patient orders as well as to anything that occurred on the previous shifts. (Myself managing multiple hotels makes sure my staff communicates with thier previous shifts so they can efficiently do thier job) being in the medical field I would think that would be necessary. 8 out of 10 times when i ask a medical personel the response I get is, I do not know, I wasnt on shift, I wasnt her nurse that day, and they expect that to be an o.k. answer, instead of finding the answer. A patient was told by a nurse (Todd) that they did not have time to look up a medical order placed. Patients lights remain on in the hallway for 20 plus minutes at a time while staff hangs out and chats by the nurses station. All these things have been brought to administration before and nothing has seemed to change

    My sister was there a few months ago, I wouldn't have my dog stay there. Unhealthy food, flies everywhere. Nursing staff was decent but they are short staffed most of the time , you could possibly sit on a bedpan for an hour or more with no one to come assist you. She also developed bedsores for lack of decent care. They did not even attend to them until I make a big stink about them. The social worker there, Vanessa was useless not sure if she had any qualifications for the position. Avoid this place.

    My mother really liked this facility. The therapists and nursing staff were kind and helpful. We definitely prefer this facility over the other ones she has been to. I really hope she wont need to come back but if she does we will be glad to see this place again.

    I was there for a little bit after my surgery at Centegra and it was an awesome stay. The therapy department brought me home before my discharge to make sure I was ready to be on my own again. The social worker Vanessa set everything up for me to go home and overall it was a very nice experience.
