This please was the pits! I couldn't get our mother out of there fast enough! If you like an insane Asylum then this is the place for your loved one! Nasty dirty. Mom had paint chipping off the wall right by her bed and they never took care of it! Very unprofessional staff! And the admittance women never mentioned to start applying for Medicaid! You only get 100 days or less to do that, then you get their bill! Food was nasty! This place needs demoloshed & mostly new staff!

I don't think this place is very well taken care of, maybe certain areas --but everytime I've been there it's not very clean, smells(besides the expected nursing home smells) , gloomy & not very well lit. The parking lot is in horrible shape & not extremely safe for anyone to walk on, let alone seniors. It's quite a depressing place in my opinion, tho others may not think so.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
