    My husband received excellent care from therapy and nursing staff, with a rapid improvement in his recovery. They were professional and compassionate. The facility is very clean and aesthetically appealing. Administrative and support staff were helpful as well. I highly recommend Avon Health and Rehabilitation.

    I am forced to live here since I have MS that has left me paralyzed. Staff is great the 1st and 2nd shift the third are sometimes disrespectful and as they are understaff it's hard to get help when needed. My roomate was disrespected for needing help with his medical device. She shut him down then proceeded to slam the door. Being stressed isn't ever good when it's to th rd people that help the sick it's worse. I and my roomate have been ignored on occasion by the management and doctors. I have a rash on my face with no clue whats pr were its from. I have asked for a doctor to look at it when it was just red. It has became blisterous as I have close to no immune system it is dangerous! The food is ok at best we get a choice though it's not a good one. We have the choice between two meals or a chef salad, grilled cheese and soup, or a cheese burger. Except breakfast then we have no clue what we are going to get. We get no menus choice as I'm lactoseintaleherent I get served meals with milk in them daily. Most of the time there out of the stuff we need fo hygiene purposes. The physical therapy side its wonderful and even one of best I have ever

    This place has been very nice for my Mom. They are extremely pleasant to deal with and are doing a great job trying to get my Mom back on track. She is in their rehab facility. It's a shame that the insurance company gets to dictate how long she is there instead of the doctors and physical therapists. But, we'll take what we can get and hopefully my Mom is safe to stay home on her own when she is released.
