    the biggest thing that bothers me about these aptms. is that most places give you a gift card or a discount on your fist months rent after you resign a lease not this place....instead of giving you something for resigning a lease they charge you more rent..yep thats right everytime you renew your lease your rent goes up,can you believe well its true its happening to me now. this is my 3rd and last year and my rent has gone up every year so if you want to rent here make sure and bring this up.
