    The staff at the Golden Living Center are very kind and caring. They have been wonderful to my grandmother. I am truly grateful for all of those who helped in her recovery and to those who are there for here in her day to day living. We appreciate that the staff are looking out for her best interest and treating her with the respect and dignity that she deserves. It is refreshing to go to a facility such as this and see consistently that people are well cared for. The faculty itself kept clean and tidy. I have also come in during an activity that my grandmother was attending as well as many other patients and it was nice to see the smiles and interaction between patients and the staff involved. I would recommend the Golden Living Center should your loved one be unable to receive care at home I much prefer having my grandmother home with me but when that isn't an option it's nice to know that caring people are there for her.

    My dad was in there for rehab because he had a stroke. As someone else had said that personal items ended up missing, we had that issue as well. The staff were extremely rude they has no sense of compassion. My dad also had to have a special diet which they didnt follow until we directly addressed the problem. Not to mention they neglect going into rooms frequently meaning if something does go wrong no one is going to know until it's to late (a few times I went in and the nurses had moved the call light out of his reach) Also your loved one could be sitting in a soiled bed for who knows how long. My dad did end up having to go back to the hospital and ended up passing. Part of me feels like there was negligence from golden living staff and things could of been different

    If I could post zero stars I would, lets start this then, my friends father was staying at your facility, and within the first two weeks, you lost over 90 percent of his laundry mysteriously, there were signs that he wasn't getting his medicine, and that you weren't looking after his nutritional needs, and while he was there for just rehab he is now in an emergency room which you left him in the lobby not even helping him get checked in, $2000 a month to get to sit around and be put as another number, and when he does need medical assistance you can't even call an ambulance correctly, you better be hoping my friend and his sister don't decide to sue you for this belligerent behavior.
