    If you love someone, don't consider this place an option. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door. Lied about the size of the rooms, stating we could take a recliner for my mother. The first room she was in didn't have room for her wheelchair. Lied about the quality of care she would be given. Never brushed her teeth, bathed her once in the 10 days she was there, and let her lay in bed 9 of the 10 days. They told us she would still be able to eat the foods she loves. On her sheet for foods she likes and dislikes, cottage cheese was a dislike. They served her 1 peach, cottage cheese, and ambrosia dessert. Hell of a dinner, and she didn't eat the cottage cheese. The worst lie however was telling us her medication would not be changed. Most huntingtons patients are in a terrible position physically and mentally. My mother was mentally sound after years of tweaking her medications. No more fighting, biting, etc. She was in a routine and everything was going great other than she was falling down, trying to do more than she could. First day, they mess up her medication. After going back down and going through the medications, they still messed it up. We had to pull her out after 10 days and now she is a completely different person. The people running the show here need to be fired. Incompetence galore.

    I have worked at this facility going on ten years and I honestly believe each person is loved and their families are our family. Each staff member goes beyond their roles whatever it may be to ensure our residents feel loved and cared for.

    I have worked in this amazing facility for a year now and have never been happier. HD is an awful disease but these people are absolutely beautiful. Everyone here is like family especially the residents!!!!

    I have worked for this facility for almost a year and have been in long term care for 11 years this facility has been the most enlightening place I have ever worked our residents and their families are our families we love and care for each and everyone of them! HD is a horrible disease and we make each day a special one for them!
