    I've read the past reviews of willows. The willow is clean, foods good, the nurses are great. The front office wants to work with you. It is what it is. It's not the Four Seasons Resort. Although the level of care I've seen on a every day basis at all time of day. Exciseds my expectation. Scott Schilling

    I am a resident at the Willow's. Since I arrived in March I have noticed different things. I have been moved 3 times and the last time there wasn't any dereas to. My roommate and I were just fine. They claimed because I had asked for a window was their reason. Now about the cleanliness. By no means do they clean properly. They never clean the residents bathroom sink. They are gross. The rooms floors don't always get mopped. You dontd smell anything like bleach. So at least you know it's clean Thefood here leaves alot to be desired. Their selections and quality of it is about a 4 ...!! We don't have fresh fruit made available on a daily basis. I have seen bananas some? The fruit they do serve sometimes is hard and unripned.. Now folks you may ask why I don't leave?? It's because there is not another nursing home here to go to. I will only be here for a couple more months . I already have appointments set up. This place is what it is. This country could do so much more for the elderly. . Take my advice there are better places . I know I have been in 2. The Waters of Clifty Falls, Madison,In. ,and Madison Healthcare in Greenwood. .. only reason I left them is to be closer to family. Bless you all. Love those you are placing into the care of the nursing home community.

    My grandfather is in the process of being moved from here. They couldn't keep appointments right, along with him being on the floor for an hour and a half one day yelling and no one came to help him. they would rather up date the paint then to get these people good wheelchairs and beds. DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.... DON'T EVEN SEND YOUR WOSED ENEMY HERE. THESES ELDERS DESERVE MUCH BETTER!!!

    Poorly staffed, dirty, bug infested death camp. While Visiting my family member for hours not one staff member checked in on him. Found silver fish crawling around in the bathroom, hand cranked out dated bed that was broken. Could only get attention after threatening legal action. Your loved one is better off homeless.
