    Multiple issues with loved one that were not reported to our family. Poor supervision for at risk patients. Fall that occurred here eventually led to her death!!!! Also, don't let them fool you with the hospital in close proximity. We had to transport our own family member to tests and to the ER. Need I say more.

    Hands down, I would trust my family with these people. In my time with St Anthony Village, I have seen nothing but amazing staff, exceptional care and a true devotion to each person they serve. When the top brass is also a nurse practitioner and working shoulder to shoulder with the front line, I know that they are truly invested. They are making a lot of great updates to the decor and such and it is really nice. I have had many experiences with different senior care places, and I am very impressed by their non-profit, faith-based status, connection to the hospital and the level of service and hospitality they provide.

    Good care, friendly staff. Had some challenges early in a stay for a family member but they stepped right up to address them as soon as management was involved. Don't assume that everyone talks to everyone else; take good notes and don't hesitate to ask questions. Get a room for your loved one closer to the nurse's station for closer attention and quicker responses to call lights.

    This place has really gone down hill the past year or so. The day time staff is so friendly and great but the night time staff is horrible. We've had so many problems that go unsolved because management seems to be constantly changing and doesn't understand none of this is new information, it's all on-going problems. Very disappointing.
