    Many of the nursing staff were engaging and attentive; not so much techs and NA's. Definitely need kitchen staff. Meals were late, substandard, unappealing and/or inedible. Example: one dinner consisted of a dinner plate with a layer of creamed corn and a small, small side with some meat and green beans. A breakfast was slimy scrambled eggs with a piece of dry toast. I have no doubt they try hard but really have room to improve.

    Worst place to put your loved one! They portray the place to be so great, friendly, attentive, etc. Turns out to be the farthest thing from the truth. They treated my dad like dirt. I removed him after only four days. Would NEVER suggest this place to anyone!

    Great staff. My only complaint is the current flag situation. They lowered the American flag, but left the State of Indiana and corporate flag at full mast. Someone did not pay attention in elementary school. (Update) Not a day or two later from my prior post, the flags were fixed. Not saying it was me or my post, just thanking the staff for fixing what was a minor irritation personally and a larger issue professionally.

    My father was in here for rehab and I decided to remove him. He has been there 19 days and only showered 2 times. This is terrible and i will be reporting them. Rehab was focused on everything but what he was there for. He has rapidly went down hill. Do not send your family members there. Well to make matters worse my father has been very ill since removing him from this facility only to take him to his docIor to find out the staff physician there removed and changed my dads meds without even telling myself or my sister. They performed tests on him in a mobile unit without our knowledge also. I hope we do not receive any bills for these services and we hope our dad recovers from being sick as we lost our mother a year ago.
