    We could not have been more hesitant to move our mother from her home and could not be more PLEASED with EPH. The staff are so kind and welcoming. She is happy with housekeeping, the food (I've eaten there and it's SO good), and adores the quality of therapy and the WONDERFUL, KIND therapists. Her experience has exceeded our expectations. She feels safe and told my sibling, "They take care of me here." That says everything. All the extras (beauty shop, activities) have enhanced the experience. My shy momma is coming out of her shell and making new friends. Thank God for EPH being there when she needed care.

    Worked there for a very short time, maybe a month, as cna. The building is over 100 yrs old and is in amazing shape! You can tell someone has put TLC into perserving the place. Staff was very nice to me and helpful. However as with any nursing home, there is an unreasonable amount of work to get done in a short amount of time.

    Terrible employee, cna, working there. Rough, is not compassionate with elderly residents. I wish I could print her name. She had the resident crying so hard..the resident.saying she's never, ever been treated this way. Resident said, why do people have to be so mean. It took me two hours to console her and calm her down. So sad.

    I went there for an interview & got a tour. The rsd's I seen was sweet, the staff I seen seemed nice. Nice clean place had the old antiquey smell. It is an old building after all. Not what you expect from a nursing home.
