    I am currently in the process of applying here for an apartment, and I have nothing but good things to say! The management is amazing, and so helpful! Especially Heather! From the moment we walked onto the complex, she helped make it feel like home. I absolutely love the feel of the community and the apartments! If all works out I'm really looking forward to being apart of this vibrant community!!

    I worked there in 2008 and lived it it was my favorite job by far. My grandpa was there and passed away a year and a half ago they were so friendly and helped my family. My grandma is there now and she says she loves it there.

    The staff is always helpful and friendly. If there is a concern, it is addressed. They keep it clean and have so many activities for the residence to choose from each day. Every meal Ive had has been delicious.

    My mother was here for one month and we took her out. Short on help consistently. Miscommunication amongst staff. No bath for 15 days, lost personal items. Never again!

    My friend is there now, straight from EGH post hip replacement surgery...she was taken via ambulance...arrived at 4pm yesterday...the maples knew she was coming that day 2 weeks ago...it is now 7am she has had no pain med. No heart med. which she takes daily...she is told the facility will get her meds today...however, she has been in pain ALL NIGHT...she has a handicap person aiding her in her bathroom care...who is to keep her from falling? There is so much more i can't print...such a poor facility
