    I was at this facility for rehabilitation over the last couple of weeks. My experience has been wonderful. I have lived in Greenfield for 50 years and been involved with 4 churches, two of which I was a pastor at, and I have visited all the nursing facilities around the area and this center has truly impressed myself and my family. If I ever need rehab or long term care I would choose Greenfield Healthcare Center over the other facilities. The nursing, therapy, and housekeeping staff all work really hard to make sure things in the facility go smoothly. I recommend this facility to anyone!

    I called to talk to my brother in-law and I told them I was his poa and needed to talk to him and ur staffing said he didn't have a phone in is room and also said that they didn't have a phone to take to him so we could talk bissneess this place sucks

    Have to say, if all the Kindred facilities had staff like this one, they would all be great. They did the best they could for my step-dad while he was there, even when the VA pretty much forgot about him, they didn't. I wish I could only try and donate enough to help out with updating their building and for more equipment to help out. But hey, they do really good with what they have. A big thank you to the staff there in the memory care unit. Means a lot to me and my family as to what all you guys did for my Dad. Thankyou!

    The staff is always very attentive to my Great Aunt, who was hesitant about meeting new people and being in a new place. The facility is also very welcoming and pleasant which also made her feel at ease. The Dietitian named Danielle did a great job addressing her nutritional issues and she's made great progress so far.
