    I worked for Greenwood for about 3 years and was fired because I fit a description, of someone who did not tranfer a resident in the proper way now my opinion of this place, Management is a joke they get you in and take your insurance money it's all about the money i'm sure residents are over charged and the staff members who are actually the true back bones and give greenwood some type of ratings Nurses and Cna's are truly the ones who are being disrespected, thrown under the bus because when something go wrong with a resident somebody did it and rather you know about it or not or even know whats going on you never know when your the target they grill you about abuse abuse but let me tell you Management are the true abusers and thats why they were tag they didnt have time to cover it up......so my advice do not take your love one there and most definitely dont work for them

    This is NOT a good rehab facility!! My mother (62 yrs old) had a total knee replacement and went here for her rehabilitation from the hospital. The nurses NEVER gave her pain medication on time which made it impossible for her to tolerate physical therapy!! I met with several managers and was always assured it would be corrected but it never was! She had to go with her walker to the nurse every time she needed pain meds!! The last night she stayed they ripped up carpet and tile floors in her hallway from 10pm-3:15am!!! Loud machines banging and hammering all night!! It was ridiculous! She got no sleep and finally had it!! She called me in tears that morning!! I took her home that day and she never went back! She is better off rehabilitating at home by herself than in that place! At least at home she can get some peace and quiet and her pain medications on time!!!!!!!!
