    It's unlikely that my review will get posted. I submitted a review several weeks ago. Not posted. Not suprised at all. Remember, they say...they're a five star facility. I'm still trying to figure out why, so many lies and false advertising. I know that people there have done the most horrible things, with supposedly good intentions. Please visit here to formulate your own conclusions. Not 5 stars.

    just went to visit a family member, and the minute I walked in the smell of urine about knocked me over..this was not from a certain room or an isolated smell. the whole place stunk! and a aid on the first night told her if she had to pee before they could find a bedpan to just pee in the bed and they would change it later! Needless to say she is out of there now,Thank God! worse place ever

    This place is HORRIBLE! my mom has been in here 3 day and it has been nothing but awful! First she has a broken ankle and needs assistance to walk (such as a walker) to even get to the bathroom a few feet away. A walker was not given to her when she arrived so she tried paying the nurse on dutie for assistance or even to just get her something to help her walk....no one came. My mother ended up sitting in her own urin until the next morning when the day staff arrived this was unacceptable. Second night my mother was calling the nurse and never seen one until again the next morning. Something has to be done about this place I can only imagine how the people who are there for a week or longer. I'm moving my mother to a different facility and doing everything in my power to make sure this place is investigated.
