    My father-in-law recently stayed at this facility for a 9-day respite stay. We got off to a bit of a rough start, with his clothes not being changed in the morning over the first weekend, but once we complained, he was very well cared for. His clothes were changed and he was taken to his meals in the dining room and he was taken to activities. He was in very good spirits when we picked him up and his clothes were clean. His room and bathroom were also very clean and they had washed his clothing once during the stay. We were very satisfied and would take him there again for a respite stay.

    I wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst enemy. They have maybe 2 good nurses on staff and the rest are rude and obviously don't seem to care on how patients are being treated. I tried calling the executive director of the facility 15 times over the period of a week and a half and never once got a call back. Getting ahold of anyone in management is near impossible. Communication is god awful as well. They would call me to tell me my loved one was being discharged when she wasn't. One nurse would say a test was ran but when I asked another nurse she didn't know what I was talking about.

    Both of my parents were at Everygreem at the same time. The building on the outside looks very nice. Unfortunately the quality of service did not match the look of the building. The night nurses were horrible. My dad told me that he fell one night going to the restroom and he laid on the floor for at least 30 minutes before someone came to help him up. My parents both complained how the nurses response time to their requests was very slow and their bed side manners were not up to par.. It is true that you can't judge a book by its cover. I will never take my parents their again. Please do your research before sending anyone here!

    The physical therapy was great, the level of care was horrible, slow to response, wrong medications were giving and I had to be there daily and stay on them in order for anything to get done, the staff and attitudes were horrible. I had to make nurses and CNA's do there job the whole experience was one of the worst I experienced in a nursing facility
