    My mother is currently here and she has been telling them she thinks she has appendicitis shes had it before so she knows whats wrong. They will not let her go to the e.r. They wont get her out of bed and barely change her wounds she has pressure sores. The quality of care here is just as bad as the rest of them. Nobody cares that its our family members in these places its a pay check to them. Yes there are some good nurses but letting a wound go 4-5 days without change it unacceptable along with severe pain thats abnormal to a patient and not allow them to go the e.r when they ask is unacceptable. Nursing homes are terrible.

    OMG...This is one of best facilities. I moved my Mother from Beech Grove Meadows (the most horrible place ever) to Madison Healthcare and could not be HAPPIER!. The staff are the most kind Hearted ever. They treat all their residents like family and do not just leave them tucked away in there rooms. In the month my Mom was at BG Meadows, all she did was sit in her wheelchair watching TV, and always wet. Not one time did they encourage her to do activities or even invite her. At Madison Healthcare, she always does activities, gets her hair and nails done, and is free to roam. Since I take her laundry home to do, I have noticed she had went from 3 changes of clothes a day to 1....this is because they take the time to take her to the bathroom and not just let her soak herself. At BGM she was always wet and the place smelled Horrible. Madison is very clean and bright and cheerful. I let all my Mother's doctors know and they are likely going to recommend Madison to other patients. :) KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!
