    My husband has been here since June 7th. He was previously at another facility that I was not impressed by. The staff at Kokomo Healthcare have been very helpful, patient and kind. The nurses always take the time to answer my questions and concerns. They respond promptly to my husband's needs. I also appreciate the support I've received as wife/caregiver to access additional resources. The food is really good too!

    This facility doesn't answer the phone. It rings and rings and then I get disconnected. I have been calling to speak with my brother for months now and I barely can get through to talk to him. I do not understand why no one answers the phone and then when I do get someone I am put on hold and forgot about. I then have to call again for the same thing to happen over and over again for the last three months. This is unacceptable!! I am thousand of miles away and this is extremely upsetting for him and for me that we cannot communicate on a regular bases.

    Nurse Kevin holds pain medications from patients. State tagged them 18 times nothing was done. Patients miss their doc appts bc nurses don't care to even put it on the calendar when the doctors office called MULTIPLE TIMES TO REMIND THE NURSE. Cnas practically run the place, doing their jobs plus the nurses while the nurses sit and do nothing

    Doesn't care about when patients have doctor appts, rude, inconsiderate, mess up medications 24 7 , nurses are rude. Doesn't call transportation for patients to get to their doctor appts
