    I can not believe they do not have phones in the rooms of their long term care patients. This was not told to us before we put my Mother in law in their care.We noticed there was no phone or phone jack when we moved her in. We were advised to get her a cellphone. How do you teach a 93 year old person how to use a cellphone and keep it charged.Had we known we would not have chosen this facility. The phone is the only way she keeps in touch with out of state relatives so that is important to her

    Your kindness and caring support has touched our hearts. Thanks for all of your wonderful caring and helpful staff. From the reception people, the catering staff, the therapists and nurses all the way to the supervisors: all have been helpful and great to work with.
