    I wouldn't even board my dog here. It looks nice and the physical therapy is great, but the actual care sucks. My dad has been there for 10 days. He is diabetic and sometimes they forget to feed him. His blood sugar was 37 before breakfast this morning. Luckily he had a stash of jelly beans in the drawer because they never came to get him for breakfast, even though he pushed the button for the nurse. It's not the first time it's happened. Also, he was allowed to fall into the shower as he was trying to use the restroom because the nurse couldn't hold him up. He hit his head and cut his nose open and bled pretty badly, but nobody from The Springs ever called us to let us know. Unacceptable. Also, they ignored his dietary needs and tried to force pecan pie on him when his blood sugar was over 300. His physical therapist was even trying to tell him what he can and can't eat. That's not your job, ma'am. All in all, dad was in better shape and had less injuries before he went to The Springs. Don't let the look of a new building fool you. This place is grossly understaffed and underbrained. I don't even think the call light works. Avoid The Springs of Mooresville at all cost. I took dad for a doctor's appointment this morning and he refuses to go back. You guys suck.
