    I have multiple loved ones at this facility. it is very home like and I love being here. My family members are also very happy to be here. they have not made any complaints and are very happy. Their call lights are answered timely and I have not smelled anything unpleasant. I also do not hear constant yelling. It has been the best choice for our family for sure. Please if nothing else do a tour and you will see for yourself.

    After working there you come to realize it isn't a five star facility like advertised.They neglect their patients, leave them screaming for help for hours. They don't feed them properly, talk to them rudely .make them do things on their own that they shouldn't have to do without help... They leave them sitting in urine and feces. State is in there at least 5 out of the 7 days of every week. Adult protection services as well. It is definitely not a place that I would leave my dog, let alone my family. Its very sad that someone would treat people horribly when they're supposed to be the on to care for them. After working there for 3 months I finally realized that isn't a company that I want to work for . i don't want to see all the neglect. Please no one take your family there. ?

    My Aunt has been there since 2010. I have been thrilled with the care she has been given. She started in the Alzheimer's wing at first, then we move her to the regular wing. They have been so good to her that when it came time, my Dad wanted to go there, he has been there a year, my Mom was there a short time for rehab. We have been totally pleased with them. Always someone there for us even late at night when we brought them back. Our Dr. highly recommended them also. They have wonderful trips they go on. Great crafts. The food is great there, we usually eat with them at least once a week. But the care is the best. They truly love the patients, even when Dad gets cranky.

    My mother was here for rehab. The therapy team was great! The staff were all very good to mom during her stay. I highly recommend Green Valley.
