    Very poor patient care at this nursing home. They broke my moms leg transferring to/from wheelchair to bed. I asked for a report and none was given all I received was a bill in the mail. She died in there care and I would never again put a loved one in this place its is the worst.

    This is one of the poorest facilities I have ever been too. They take know pride in their job, patients, or facility . Also, the assisted living area is pretty much forgotten about. They have left patients on the floor due to the fact no one checks on them and the patient layed in his own urine overnight til another patient heard him screaming and went to get help. Also, bedbugs have been reported on numerous occasions and all they do is come in and change the bed sheets and pretty much tell everyone it was a random one.. This facility needs a complete turn over in staffing. Cna's let people who are clearly soaked through their clothes walk around like that. They already failed when state came in before and now they have them pop back up so can't be bothered with bed bug infestation so that they don't get in trouble for that as well. So, instead the aide that reported it was terminated cause they said the aide lied about the bed bugs. Then what's this crawling on patients floor in broad daylight? Pretty sure they have a problem considering that was 3rd adult bed bug found. I wouldn't let my family member stay in this facility ever

    If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke. They constantly forgot to give my husband his meals, would not give him his meds, bugs in the bathroom and his toilet was not working. Do not put a loved one in here.
