    Several years my grandmother was under their care in this facility. She fell in this outfit and ended up with bruises and abrasions and contusions. Yet no one took responsibility when it came to actually doing anything to remedy the reason why she didn't have proper facilities provided that would prevented her fall like hand rails in the bathroom etc. That wouldn't obviously cost very much now would it. So instead a 90 year old woman falls and no one ends up being held responsible.
