Terrible THE AREA I WAS PLACED IN : HORRIBLE NEEDED UPDATED IN MY OPINION !!! OTHER PROBLEMS: PATIENTS CAME INTO MY ROOM AND WERE: GOING THROUGH MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS , WHILE I WAS IN THE RESTROOM WHICH WAS IN MY OPINION FILTHY AGAIN NEEDED UPDATED. I HAD SET UP WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER, MY DATE OF ARRIVAL JUST NOT THE TIME! SHE KNEW WHAT PROCEDURE I HAD DONE:. TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT, YET SHE OR WHOM EVER WAS IN THE POSITION TO ORDER MEDICATION SO THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED FOR ME WHEN I ARRIVED THERE AT APPROX 5PM THE MANAGER DIRECTED MY SON TO GO AROUND TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THERE WAS A STOOP THERE WHICH WAS NOT SETUP FOR A REHAB PATIENT - NO RAMP OR HAND RAIL: THE door looked like it had been shot AT !!!! I could go on and on I am a very understanding PATIENT/ and whom usually is always empathetic with everyone. To make this shorter and not keep rambling on I was only in this establishment for 20 minutes before I called my son to come AND PICK ME UP ! CONCLUSION : DO NOT ASSUME YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY KNOWS WHAT SHAPE IT IS IN !!! DO YOUR OWN DUDILIGENCE. HOPEFULLY THEY HAVE A PLAN TO REHAB the REHAB ON THIR 5yr STRATEGIC PLANNING BUSINESS PLAN. SO I GAVE THEM A ONE STAR

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
