    HORRIBLE staff. Treat the residents like animals. Literally had my family member peeing in a plastic jug because they wouldn't give him a urinal. Then tried to intimidate us into not reporting them to the state. Also would not transport my family member to required doctor appointments. The DON Kelly Kidd was hateful and rude when I tried to talk to her about what was going on. Honestly, Salem Home should either be shut down or have everyone canned and start over. I will NEVER put another family member in there.
