    This place, like most nursing homes, makes me sad. Constant turnover and a new and different set of employees nearly every day. You can smell the urine and feces upon entry, public restrooms are always dirty. I don't even work here (I come on Sundays to keep a friends father, who lives in this facility company) but am regularly left in the dining room alone with him and other residents. They drop the food and drinks off with no aid checking in on the residents in the dining room but seem to think that even though I don't work here it is my responsibility to pass out food and drinks? There is a lady that sits in the dining room with the gentleman whom I watch and myself, and is regularly given food that she cant eat. Even I know she's supposed to be given mechanical ground up food, but they more often than not serve her regular food that I end up cutting up and feeding her because they don't come in and check on the residents in this dining room. She's nearly blind, and has barely any teeth left, why is no one helping feed her?? REMINDER- I don't work here. Every time this issue arises and I go searching for an employee to feed these residents that have been waiting in an ice cold dining room with food in front of their faces for more than a half hour but no silverware to eat it with and no drinks, nearly every time their reply is "I don't work in this dining room, I'm working in the one across the hall" and WALK AWAY. Honestly, you work HERE, what is so wrong with helping any resident here that needs assistance? Why is no one giving these residents food in a timely manner? Why is no one watching them to ensure they don't choke or fall? Also, wanted to add in that there are some GREAT EMPLOYEES here as well that do help and work very hard, I just wish all employees could work as hard as them. I have personal experience of a loved one of mine passing away early due to negligence in a place just like this, so it really breaks my heart. But I could go on and on......

    My grandma lives in this facility and they are HORRIBLE! I live in Texas so obviously I cannot attend to my grandma or trust me I definitely would!! They pretty much abuse their patients WHO PAY A FORTUNE TO LIVE THERE!!! they give my grandmother who let me mention CANNOT walk and is in a wheelchair!!! A "bath" twice a week, TWICE!!! That is disgusting! And when I called to inform them the "manager" or whoever she was, didn't want to give me information until I had to raise my voice at her. She asked who I was and I happily told her and she still seems like she did not want to give me the answer that they only bathe their patients twice a week! So after I informed her how disgusting that was and if she only showered twice a week and all she could do was hang up on me so I called back and she did they same thing! Also on their recorded line it says they offer wifi and all this other stuff which is LIES! my grandmother now has to find a company to come out and put wifi out for her. They never give her, her meals on time or sometimes they just don't bring them at all so she is left starving. She has complained many times and they seem to do nothing about it. I am so upset with this place I just want the best care for my grandmother since she is the only I have left. This place needs to be shut down and all the patients money needs to be refunded to them! I would NEVER recommend this place for anyone.

    This place honestly doesn't even deserve one star... so sad, While I'm sure there are good aids and good nurses who work here the patient care and management is so sub par it is sickening.
